Document Management: Created and updated key documents, such as coach rosters, camp contacts, and intern task summaries.
Payment Coordination: Sent out invoices, followed up on outstanding payments, and maintained accurate financial records.
Recruitment Processes: Conducted phone interviews, managed interview schedules, and tracked signed contracts and documents (e.g., W-9 forms).
Intern & Staff Coordination: Monitored intern tasks and maintained communication channels to track availability and performance.
Parent Communication: Addressed inquiries, provided updates, and ensured smooth parent interactions regarding camp schedules and locations.
Staff Training: Trained new hires, including customer service representatives, to ensure high service quality.
Logistics Management: Organized camp logistics such as uniforms and meal orders, enhancing participant satisfaction.
Event Planning: Organized schedules, coordinated with coaches, and managed event registrations through Activity Hero.
Marketing Campaigns: Designed email campaigns and social media updates to boost camp registrations and promote events.
